What is YouPattern?
YouPattern is a visual encyclopedia of trading patterns — candlestick formations, chart patterns, and indicator signals. Every pattern page includes a clean ideal diagram, three real chart examples drawn from historical market data (Binance OHLCV for crypto assets), a quick-reference cheat sheet, and a plain-English explanation of what the pattern means and how to identify it.
Most trading education resources show you a perfect hand-drawn sketch. YouPattern shows you what patterns actually look like on a real chart — with real price data from Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other major assets.
Who is this for?
YouPattern is built for traders at every level who want a reliable visual reference. Whether you are just starting to learn technical analysis or you are an experienced trader who wants a quick refresher, this library is designed to be clear, accurate, and free of noise.
We do not give trading signals. We do not tell you when to buy or sell. We provide educational visual content so you can build your own understanding of how patterns form and what they historically indicate.
How are the charts generated?
All real chart examples on YouPattern are generated programmatically from historical OHLCV (open, high, low, close, volume) data sourced from the Binance public API for cryptocurrency assets (BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, SOL/USDT, BNB/USDT and selected high-liquidity crypto pairs). Equity and forex datasets are planned but not currently used in published chart examples. The charts use the same dark theme as TradingView so they look familiar to most traders. Pattern annotations are added to highlight the key structural elements of each formation.
Ideal diagrams are constructed to show the textbook-perfect version of each pattern, following the definitions established in classical technical analysis literature.

How often is content updated?
New patterns are added regularly. Real chart examples are periodically refreshed with more recent market data to keep the library current. The sitemap is updated automatically whenever new pages are published.
